Delete your account

From the app

Open Ronaldito AI and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete account and press and hold the button to confirm.

Without the app

Email ronalditoai@proton.me from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete it within one month at most and confirm it to you.

What is deleted

Your personal data: name, email, password and preferences.
The content of your conversations.
Your open sessions on every device.

What is kept

Anonymous usage data (dates and assistant consumption), which no longer identifies you. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Do you have a Premium subscription?

Deleting your account doesn't cancel it. Cancel it in Google Play (Subscriptions) or in the App Store (Settings › your name › Subscriptions) so you aren't charged again.
