What data we process, why and on what basis

• Account (first and last name, email and hashed password, or what Google or Apple give us if you sign in with them): creating your account, signing you in and sending you verification codes. Basis: contract.
• Preferences (favourite teams, bookmakers, country and time zone): personalising the analysis. Basis: contract.
• Conversations (your questions and the answers): answering you and showing your history. Basis: contract.
• Subscription (whether you are Premium and until when): managing Premium and the daily question limit. Basis: contract.
• Assistant usage (when you use it, which tools it uses and what each answer costs): controlling the cost of the service and preventing abuse. Basis: legitimate interest in keeping the service viable.
• Technical logs (IP address, date and account identifier of each request): security and abuse prevention. Basis: legitimate interest in protecting the service.

Account data is required to use the app: without it we cannot provide the service.

Recipients

Providers that process data on our behalf: Hetzner (hosting, Germany), OpenAI (generates the answers, USA), Resend (emails, USA) and RevenueCat (subscriptions, USA). Also Google and Apple, if you sign in or pay with them. Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

• While you have an account.
• If you delete a conversation, we delete its content immediately.
• If you delete your account, we immediately delete your personal data and the content of your conversations. We keep anonymous usage data, which no longer identifies you.
• Technical logs are overwritten automatically when they reach a maximum size.
• OpenAI may keep the text we send it for a limited time, under its own terms.

Your rights

You can access, rectify and erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, and ask for its portability by writing to ronalditoai@proton.me. You can delete your account from the app: here's how. If you think we haven't handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
